Okay, so, where do I start. The packaging is out of this world. It arrived in a box that felt like a gift even though I bought it for myself, and the jar is heavy frosted glass with real weight to it. Make sure you have room on your most visible shelf, because you are going to want it out where people can see it. Then there is the actual balm, which is the part I was less sure about. It is solid when you scoop it and then it melts on contact with your skin, and it does not leave that greasy film that thick creams usually do. I have been using it after every shower for about a month. My legs stopped being itchy, my elbows are no longer embarrassing, and my skin holds moisture through the whole day instead of drying out by lunch. A little goes a long way, so despite the price I do not think this is going to be an expensive habit. Such a great purchase and I have already told three friends.
